Water Meter Cover, New Orleans
A water meter box cover in New Orleans, LA. To show support after Hurricane Katrina, these covers became a sort of community symbol and can be found on souvenir items such as t-shirts, jewelry, and coasters. This one was in the French Quarter. May 2009.
